amini are Norwegian cinematic indie folk duo Nio Amini (guitar & vocals) and Mattis Moviken (drums).
They write raw, delicate introspective music, often punctuated with huge helpings of heart-stirring indie pop.

The band have released two EPs - 'between dreams and worldly things' (2014) and 'a whisper in your ear' (2015), and a single 'Crumbs' (2016), and are currently promoting their brand new single 'How Long' - released on their own label on 8th April, 2017.

For this show the duo will have a full complement of musicians joining them on stage including bass, violin and cello.

“There are...things I really instinctively like about this band, an individual sound, powerful lyrics and a real presence about them - they clearly really believe in what they do”. - Nordic Music Review

Breakfast Club

Breakfast Club is a quartet of flutes (Detta Danford and Evi Nakou), recorders (Rhia Parker) and cello (Natasha Zielazinski), brought together by a love of music, sounds and colours.

Playing music from the Renaissance to original compositions, Breakfast Club re-arranges and re-examines repertoire in order to celebrate the unique timbres and sonorities of this particular ensemble of instruments.

They are currently preparing to curate and perform in a two-week long cross-disciplinary collaborative residency in Athens Greece, in partnership with the hospital Asilo Aniaton and the Onassis Foundation.
